Popmoney allows to enter your bank name for member bank verification. You may call your bank to verify the membership. If your bank does not participate in Popmoney, you may still sign up to Popmoney.com as a sender and connect Popmoney account with your bank account. 

• If your bank is a member bank - Send money is free.
• If your bank is not a member bank - The fee is $0.95 per transaction.

To make an offering via email using PNC Bank account, login to your online banking site and select Transfer Funds, then To Other People to send donation to giving@lcmissionusa.com. It is a two step setup as illustrated by the below two diagrams.
